What Bitwise stores

Bitwise stores your ChatGPT account email, difficulty, time zone, email preference, assigned problems, submitted SQL, grading results, and product events needed to operate and improve the alpha.

Retention

Submitted SQL and security audit records are retained for up to one year. Product events and completed email-delivery records are retained for up to six months. Completed invitation records are retained for up to 90 days. These windows are maximums and records may be removed sooner when they are no longer needed. During the alpha, accounts and practice history may be reset.

What we do not store

We do not receive or manage your ChatGPT password. Product analytics never include submitted SQL or your email inside event properties.

Your control

You can pause email or permanently delete your profile, practice data, and alpha-member access from Settings. A pseudonymous deletion audit marker is retained without your email. During alpha, contact wikhung@gmail.com for access or privacy questions.
